Tracer Studies in Africa - a comparative analysis



Abstract
Ten graduate studies were conducted as part of the Association of African Universities (AAU) sponsored project "Study Programme on Higher Education Management in Africa" assisted by INCHER-Kassel. Although the participating researchers from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda followed own specific research questions, there was a high degree of consensus on fundamental issues of their surveys because they shared a standardized questionnaire and used the same survey instruments.
